Shipping and Handling :)

For orders in the US & Canada, once shipped, you will receive your item anywhere from 1-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

For international orders, once shipped, you will receive your item anywhere from 5 - 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

A Little Village is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim. All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
